Guinness World Record Attempt – Join the Global Online Yoga Session

As part of the International Day of Yoga (IDY) 2026 celebrations, yoga enthusiasts around the world are invited to participate in a Global Online Yoga Session and be part of a Guinness World Record Attempt.

Practice yoga together with participants from across the globe
Promote health, harmony, and well-being through yoga
Contribute to a historic global initiative

Time: 09:45 AM - 11:05 AM (KST)
06:15 AM - 07:35 AM (IST)
Mode: Online Participation

Each participant must join using their own device (mobile phone, tablet, laptop, etc.), as every registered device will be counted individually towards the official record.
