Applications Open for ICCR Scholarship 2026–27

The Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) invites applications for the
ICCR Scholarship under the Atal Bihari Vajpayee General Scholarship Scheme for the academic year 2026–27.

■ Application & Guidelines
-Applications must be submitted online through the ICCR A2A Scholarship Portal by 30 April 2026.
*Before applying, applicants are advised to carefully review the detailed eligibility criteria, course restrictions, required documents, medical requirements, and scholarship terms available under the “Scholarship Guidelines” section in the Guidelines tab on the A2A portal.

*Only one application per academic year is permitted.
Multiple applications will result in automatic rejection.

■ Courses Covered
-Undergraduate (UG)
-Postgraduate (PG)
-Ph.D.
-Certificate/Diploma
-(Indian Languages, Performing/Visual Arts, Yoga only)

Scholarships are not offered for Medical, Para-medical, Law, or Integrated courses.

■ Age Criteria (as on 1 July 2026)
-18–35 years (UG/PG/Certificate/Diploma)
-Up to 40 years (Ph.D.)

■ English Proficiency
-Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English.
-Submission of an English essay on the A2A portal is mandatory.
