The Embassy of India hosted a high-level delegation from Andhra Pradesh led by Dr. P. Narayana, Hon'ble Minister of Municipal Administration & Urban Development and Shri B. C. Janardhan Reddy, Hon'ble Minister of Infrastructure & Investment from 29-30 September, 2025. The delegation visited the Republic of Korea to apprise the local stakeholders about business and investment opportunities in Andhra Pradesh.

The Embassy facilitated roadshow and meetings with Korean businesses for the delegation.

Deputy Chief of Mission and Cd'A, Shri Nishi Kant Singh welcomed the delegation at the Embassy and briefed them on the multi-faceted relationship between India and the Republic of Korea.

A Partnership Summit Roadshow highlighting business and investment opportunities for Korean businesses in Andhra Pradesh was held on 29 September, 2025. The event was organised in partnership with Indian Chamber of Commerce in Korea (#ICCK) and witnessed engaging participation from Korean businesses over Q&A session. 

A detailed presentation on Andhra Pradesh as ‘The sunrise State of India’ and ‘India’s Gateway to the East’ was delivered highlighting the vision of Viksit Bharat to Swarna Andhra with Amaravati (Greenfield Capital City), Vishakapatnam (IT, green hydrogen, petrochemicals) and Tirupati (electronics, semiconductor, defence) as three economic corridors; focus on Speed of Doing Business; reduced Cost of Logistics; Circular Economy; and others. 
Opportunities were also highlighted in upcoming shipbuilding cluster at Dugarajapatnam; Quantum Valley in Amaravati; Aerospace Manufacturing Cluster at Kurnool; Green Hydrogen Valley and others. Greenfield manufacturing facilities of leading Korean companies are in Ananatpur and Sri City in Andhra Pradesh.

Korean companies were also invited to Andhra Pradesh Investment Roadshow being organised along with 30th CII Partnership Summit from 14-15 November in Vishakapatnam.

우리 대사관은 2025년 9월 29~30일 P.나라야나 안드라 프라데시 도시 행정 및 도시 개발장관과 B.C. 자나르단 레디 안드라 프라데시 인프라 및 투자 장관이 이끄는 고위급 사절단을 영접하였습니다. 사절단은 안드라 프라데시주의 사업 및 투자 기회를 홍보하기 위해 한국을 찾았습니다.

니시 칸트 싱 공관차석 및 대사대리는 대사관을 찾은 사절단을 맞이한 후 폭넓은 인도-한국 협력 관계를 설명하였습니다. 
2025년 9월 29일에는 한국 기업을 대상으로 안드라 프라데시의 사업 및 투자 기회를 알리는 파트너십 서밋 로드쇼를 개최하였습니다. 주한 인도상공회의소와(#ICCK)와 협력하여 열린 로드쇼 행사에 참여한 한국 기업 관계자들은 이어진 질의응답 세션에 적극적으로 참여하였습니다. 

‘떠오르는 태양’이자 ‘인도의 동쪽 관문’인 안드라프라데시주에 관한 상세한 발표가 이어졌습니다. 비크싯 바랏(선진 인도)과 스와르나 안드라(황금의 안드라) 비전을 소개하고, 아마라바티(그린필드 시티), 비샤카파트남(IT, 그린수소, 석유화학), 티루파티(전자, 반도체, 방산) 지역을 3대 경제 회랑으로 구축하겠다는 계획과 신속한 비즈니스 환경, 물류비 절감, 순환 경제 등을 설명하였습니다.

두가라자파트남의 조선업 클러스터, 아마라바티의 퀀텀 밸리, 쿠르눌의 항공우주 제조업 클러스터, 그린수소 밸리 등 여러 산업 클러스터 조성 계획에 따른 기회도 설명하였습니다. 안드라 프라데시의 아난타푸르와 스리 시티에는 주요 한국 기업의 그린필드 제조업 설비가 자리 잡고 있습니다.

한국 기업 관계자들은 11월 14~15일 비샤카파트남에서 열리는 안드라 프라데시 투자 로드쇼 행사와 제30회 CII 파트너십 서밋에도 초청받았습니다.
