Ambassador Amit Kumar met Rep Gyeongjong Mo and Rep Yongtae Kim, National Assembly on 14 August 2025. They discussed the renewable energy landscape in India and emerging opportunities for bilateral cooperation.

During their visit to India on 18-19 Aug, the RoK delegation met Mr. Shrirang Appa Barne, Hon'ble Chairman, and other members of Parliamentary Standing Committee on Energy. They also met Mr. Santosh Kumar Sarangi, Secretary, Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, and visited India's largest solar park (2.2 GW) at Bhadla, Rajasthan

They had discussions on potential INKR collaboration in the areas of energy storage, green hydrogen, solar and wind manufacturing.
